2026 Santa's Sensory Wonderland Vendor Registration

Join us for Santa’s Sensory Wonderland 2026 on December 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Marriott in Cool Springs!

This free event for special needs families, co-hosted by Mindful Voices Autism, is a community partnership created to help families feel included and connected while making special holiday memories together.

In previous years, we’ve welcomed nearly 100 families to explore a trade show featuring therapists, service providers, local businesses, and organizations that offer products, services, and resources for special needs families. Families can learn about research opportunities, community resources, fun activities and play opportunities, and other services that can support their children and families. There will also be sensory toys and activities to explore and, of course, time with Santa.

Want to be part of this year’s event? Vendor registration is now open!

The vendor registration fee is $50 to help cover the cost of the venue and supplies. Tables and chairs are included. Vendors are encouraged to bring a craft, activity or giveaway item to help families engage with your booth.

The sooner you register, the more time we have to include your business or organization in our event marketing and promote that you’ll be joining us!

We’ll also host a vendor meet-and-greet that morning so everyone has a chance to connect before the event begins.
