We took control of our supply chain by opening our own custom and USDA-inspected processing facility in
Lynnville, ensuring quality every step of the way.

Our Hands To Yours
We officially started selling our own farm-raised beef directly to the community, sharing our harvest
face-to-face with our neighbors.

Putting Down Roots
We opened our first family butcher shop in Spring Hill, creating a permanent home to serve our community
directly.
