- Fresh and Ready: Your beef comes frozen and professionally vacuum-sealed, locking in freshness and ensuring it stays at its best in your freezer.
You can expect to receive approximately 50% of the animal’s hanging weight in packaged beef.

- Place Your Deposit: Secure your share by purchasing the product on our website: $500. This will be deducted from the total price at pick-up.
- Get in the Queue: Your deposit adds you to our processing queue.
- Personalized Consultation: We’ll contact you to discuss your preferred cuts, schedule your pick-up, and answer any questions you have.
- Wait for Perfection: Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for processing and dry-aging.
- Pick Up: Your delicious, custom-cut beef will be ready for you at our Spring Hill or Lynnville locations.
