Here's a simple recipe to cook delicious pork spare ribs:

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. pork spare ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the pork spare ribs on a large sheet of aluminum foil, and brush the barbecue sauce mixture generously over the top and bottom of the ribs.

  4. Wrap the aluminum foil tightly around the pork spare ribs to create a sealed packet.

  5. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.

  6. Remove the packet from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

  7. Carefully open the packet, and transfer the pork spare ribs to a serving dish.

  8. Brush any remaining barbecue sauce over the pork spare ribs and serve hot.
