The dry-aging process of our ribeye steak is around 2-3 weeks, which allows the meat to develop an intense flavor and tender texture. Our steak is cut "steakhouse thick," ensuring a juicy and delicious meal that will satisfy even the most discerning carnivores. They can be cut thinner if desired.
