Recipe idea: Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Wild Caught Ocean Argentina Red Shrimp, thawed and peeled
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Cooked pasta or crusty bread for serving
Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter and add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.

Add the thawed and peeled Wild Caught Ocean Argentina Red Shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until pink and cooked through.

Add the white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by half.
