BEEF – WHOLE OR HALF

There’s always the option to purchase our beef as a whole or half (by the side). It will always be raised by us or a select few friends that that we know and trust that grow their animals to our same high standards. Just ask and we can tell you where the farm is and will know the beef you’re getting. We never buy boxed beef and repackage it. It is always fresh from the farm.

We provide the custom cuts you want to experience, like the thickness of your steaks and a brisket sized for the smoker or crock pot. You can tell us the size of roasts and how much to package etc. Any cuts you don’t like can be made into the freshest ground beef from a single animal that was raised to make the best possible steak. You’ll taste the difference and the difference tastes better. Packaging on the cuts is always vacuum sealed so that you can enjoy everything for over a year like the day you picked it up. (It maintains freshness for over 12+ months in the freezer).

The National Livestock and Meat Board has a great beef chart to help you see the different cuts on a beef.  We also have a cutting instructions  form that you can use to decide how you would like to have your beef cut.

HOG - WHOLE OR HALF

We purchase hogs from a farmer we have known for years, and you can buy them from us fully processed. We provide a custom cut, including making sausage. Our Pork cutting instructions form will help you decide how you would like your pork cut and packaged. We vacuum package all of our products so that they can last 12+ months in your freezer.

WHOLE PIGS FOR BARBECUE
